Accounts and pricing

How do I open a trade account?

Apply in about two minutes with your business details and ABN, using this form. Our team reviews every application and emails you once your account is live. It's free, with nothing to buy.

Where do I see trade prices?

Log in and your trade price shows on every product, alongside the RRP and live stock levels.

Do I need an ABN?

Yes. Trade accounts are for registered Australian businesses buying to resell.

Are trade prices GST inclusive?

No. Trade prices and RRPs on this site are shown ex GST. GST is added at checkout.

Can I get better pricing at volume?

For larger volumes, standing orders or distribution, talk to our team. Commercial terms are worked out case by case.

Ordering and shipping

Is there a minimum order?

No. There's no first order minimum and no minimum per line on stock products. Order a single unit to try a product.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days from our Brisbane warehouse. Shipping is free on orders over $750.

How long will delivery take?

Transit time depends on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What if something arrives damaged?

Get in touch with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

A size I need is out of stock. Can I order it?

Popular lines restock regularly. Ask our team about restock timing on any product.

Customisation

What can be customised?

Products we print in-house in Brisbane, including tees, polos, hoodies and sweats, caps, beach towels, gym towels, linen tea towels, bottles, ceramic mugs, tote bags and mouse pads. A popular option for stockists is destination naming: your town or region added to the design.

How long does customisation take?

Printed in-house in Brisbane, usually 5 to 10 days after you approve the proof. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll quote.

Does the artist approve customisations?

Always. Every customisation is reviewed and approved by the artist before it's printed, and the artist stays credited on the finished product.

Can you help me choose artwork for my store?

Yes. Tell us your region, themes and colours and we'll suggest artworks that suit your store. For something truly your own, we can talk about working with an artist on a new design.

Artists and licensing

Are the artworks licensed, and are artists paid?

Every design is licensed from a named Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander artist, who earns a royalty on every sale, wholesale included. More than $2.1M has been paid to artists in royalties and licensing since 2020.

Is Yarn Indigenous-owned?

No. We are not an Indigenous-owned business, but we are deeply committed to reconciliation and work in long-term collaboration with First Nations artists. More about who you're buying from.

What's the difference between Yarn Wholesale and Yarn Corp?

Wholesale is for businesses buying to resell. Yarn Corp is for organisations buying for their own use, such as uniforms, gifts and event merchandise for a team, school or council.
